The Council and Congregation of St. Paul Lutheran Church would like to extend our sincere appreciation for your cooperation and assistance in the parking lot paving project.

The lot looks wonderful and will benefit the church in many ways. The grading through the final coat of asphalt, and Wagner follow-up to determine customer satisfaction were done very well. Services
Wagner Paving Inc. was founded in 1970 by Tom Wagner.
The Company started with just six employees, an asphalt spreader box, one roller, two dump trucks, and a backhoe.
Using honesty, integrity, hard work, and his main rule, "Treat every customer's project as if you were doing it for yourself", he grew Wagner Paving into what it is today.
We now average 73 employees, with many of the employees having been with us for over 25 years.
Today the company is still family owned and operated by Tom's daughter Cheri.
Preventative maintenance will prolong the life of your asphalt parking lot, street or driveway.
Proper preventative maintenance is essential to maximizing the life of your asphalt parking lot.
We nearly 50 years of experience with asphalt maintenance and repairs.
Utilizing up-to-date equipment, high-quality materials, experienced crews and the latest application techniques, we can ensure that your asphalt maintenance project is completed correctly and on schedule.
Choosing to use our preventative maintenance services for your asphalt pavement will allow you to defer costly resurfacing or replacement projects and maximize the life and aesthetics of your road, driveway or parking lot.
In more severe cases of asphalt failure, a long-term and cost-effective solution is to resurface the asphalt pavement (also referred to as an overlay).
If you notice grade depressions (standing water on the pavement) and/or large sections of alligatored areas (interconnecting cracks forming a series of blocks resembling an alligator's skin) it is a good idea to have your pavement resurfaced.
This process consists of several steps including preparing and cleaning the area prior to performing work, leveling low asphalt areas, milling for smooth transitions, adjusting of all drainage structures, and many other steps unique to each site.
Chip-n-seal is another option for new construction, or as a very effective maintenance layer for older asphalt.
Wagner Paving has recently updated our chip-n-seal equipment so that we are able to provide a 20 ft wide full seal application with no seam.
Many of our customers prefer the natural look of chip-n-seal over the look of asphalt.
There are several different types of liquid asphalt and stone size which can be used in this process.
The different liquids will look and act differently over the lifetime of the surface.
Cold milling is a controlled process that removes partial or entire asphalt surfaces to a desired depth.
Using specially designed equipment, a surface can be restored to a specified grade or slope.
This procedure allows for precise removal of worn, rutted or deteriorated asphalt prior to resurfacing.
Cold milling can be utilized to correct only what is necessary, consequently saving you time and money.
Partial Cold Milling: is the process of removing the top 1.50" to 2.00" of surface course only.
