Established by William, Wilma and Lorne Janzen in 1970 as North West Maintenance and Paving Limited, the company worked with General Contractors and Developers building city streets around Edmonton and surrounding areas.
A close relationship with Voice Construction, a large contractor in Edmonton, allowed North West Paving Ltd. to get into industrial work in central Alberta in the mid 1990's.
In the spring of 2005, the company expanded to larger projects, more employees, and has been expanding since.
