After founder Horace Whittington retired in 1991, Rusty Whittington took over as President and CEO with the help of Jan Tucker and Gayelynn Oyler. Jan, Rusty's mother, and Gayelynn, Horace's daughter, have been an integral part of Whittington Paving's operations for over twenty years.
