With a family background in construction, we have honed our skills in the concrete and asphalt industry.
After graduating from Southwest Texas State Univ. in 1990.
Chad Reynolds proceeded to form his own business as Westhill Construction 1994-1999.
In 2000, Westhill Paving Inc. was incorporated in the State of Texas.
Chad and Candace Reynolds continue to operate Westhill Paving Inc., as well as, C. Reynolds Ent.
LLC in San Marcos Texas.
