Pro Paving & Excavating has built a quality reputation over the past 20+ years. With updated equipment and a well trained crew, we have the experience and the resources necessary to make all of our jobs run smoothly in a timely manner. Asphalt is a time sensitive material; once it loses heat, it does not compact correctly. Compaction and depth are the two main factors that gives asphalt its strength.

Asphalt that has cooled down too much before compaction will not only be weaker, but it will be unsightly. Customer service is very important to us. We address any concerns a customer may have seriously. Since word by mouth is our most effective way to reach new customers, it is top priority to make every customer satisfied. You should really do your homework before hiring a paving contractor.

Asphalt paving can be very expensive so you want to know you're hiring the right contractor, don't just take someone's word for it.
Services
Your asphalt driveway or parking lot is only as strong as the base underneath.
It is crucial to use the correct premium aggregates for each individual job.
Proper grading is key to ensure water runoff, consistent asphalt depth, and for the paving process to run smoothly to deliver the highest quality possible.
When your driveway or parking lot has become too damaged for simple repairs, it is time to consider a resurface.
For example: if your asphalt driveway or parking lot connects to a concrete sidewalk or apron and you overlay with 2 asphalt without grinding, you will either have a trip edge, thinned down asphalt, or both at these transition points.
Size of the job (you pay less per sqft the larger the area and pay more per sqft for smaller areas.)
We serve Northeast Ohio: Ashtabula County, Trumbull County, Geauga County, Lake County, and surrounding areas.
There are a couple variables that affect how often you should sealcoat such as amount of traffic and snowplows; which will wear off the sealer over time.
Rule of thumb is every 2-3 years under normal traffic conditions.
For new pavement we recommend sealcoating one year after the pave job (asphalt needs to cure) and once more the following year.
