And if you have ever rented a space at one of Toledo's Lock-It-Up Self Storage locations, you could not have done it without the efforts of this incredible company.
Services
Your driveway conveys a lot about you, your home and life style.
Your driveway is the gateway to your home and invites visitors, and even passersby, to see how you live.
An attractive driveway, one with "curb appeal" adds value to your home and should therefore be looked at as an investment.
Plan your driveway carefully while considering all the problems, if any, which caused you to contemplate a "new" driveway in the first place.
Only then can you choose your best solution option and make your best decision.
Milling entails removal of the pavement surface using a milling machine, which can remove up to 50 mm (2 in) thickness in a single pass.
Full-depth removal involves ripping and breaking the pavement using a rhino horn on a bulldozer and/or pneumatic pavement breakers.
In most instances, the broken material is picked up and loaded into haul trucks by a front-end loader and transported to a central facility for processing.
Milling allows you to update your old parking lot with much lower costs to you than a brand new parking lot would run.
Pulverizing is a new, cost effect process where we break up the existing pavement and mix it with the existing base.
This saves you money in 2 ways - we don't have to haul away and dispose of the old pavement and you also reduce your overall cost by reducing need the adding as much stone to the base.
Bain Paving repairs potholes with a "hot mix" asphalt patch.
A "hot mix" asphalt patch requires a temperature of at least 40 degrees F to properly adhere to the edges of the pavement.
Some companies may offer a "cold mix" patch but this is only a temporary measure and will still require a long term patch "hot mix" patch.
The temporary nature of "cold mix" patches makes it hard to stand by the work and therefore isn't offered by Bain Paving.

Follow these tips to protect your investment & ensure it holds up well through the hot midwest summers and frigid Toledo winters.
After your driveway or parking lot is paved, you will need to keep automobile traffic off of the asphalt for 24 hours or even longer in hotter temperatures.
Even after the asphalt has cured, do not expect it to be as hard as concrete.
Your asphalt will remain pliable for a period of 8 to 12 months until the liquid asphalt has totally cured.
During the first 8 to 12 months while your asphalt pavement is curing, try not to park in the same spot every time.
