Services
William's Paving Corporation provides a wide range of asphalt services.
We start by meeting you onsite to go over your paving project, and then we prepare a detailed estimate with several options of how to address your paving concerns.
We use modern equipment and the latest techniques for installing asphalt.
From a pot hole patch to a new construction parking lot, we have the expertise and equipment for all your paving needs.
Concrete paving is also more costly than asphalt paving.
Concrete surfaces are used when asphalt paving would not be as effective such as for the following areas; forklift turning areas, truck landing gear pads or trash bin areas.
In these situations we recommend concrete due to the comparative "softness" of asphalt paving.
Asphalt cracks are unsightly and uninviting - but that's not the only reason they're a problem.
Cracks also threaten the overall strength of your pavement, leading to severe structural issues and expense over the long term.
Cracks allow water to penetrate your pavement and seep into the underlying base layers, where they can create voids that turn into potholes and eventually destroy your asphalt's foundation.
The good news is that you can prevent this minor repair issue from becoming a major one.
ADA compliance can be a frustrating and expensive issue for property owners to navigate.
Regulations vary substantially among local, and federal agencies and it takes specialists in this area to truly understand what needs to be done to ensure that your property is ADA compliant.
Fortunately, there are contractors, engineers, architects and ADA Compliance Specialists that can guide you through both the technical and the legal issues you face and can design solutions that are both compliant and cost effective.
