C.A.P.S. ROAD MATERIALS has been providing blacktop and asphalt services to Indiana customers since 1976. We are family owned and operate as a third generation paving company. We service the entire state of Indiana and our owner is present for estimates as well as installation on all jobs. We are equipped with all state-of-the-art paving equipment, we have full-time asphalt and seal coating crews with full time labor (no day labor).

Any alteration or deviation from the contract specifying extra cost, will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the original estimate.
All agreement contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.
All thicknesses are to be interpreted as a average.

I had a problem with water standing on my driveway because part of the drive was low.
When it rained heavily, I had to put on my boots and wade through the water to get my newspaper/mail.
