After 50 years of doing business in the same office space, Moser Paving, Inc. moved across Ringuette Street into a mobile office located in their Equipment Yard, due to the expansion of Colvin Oil's Chevron Station. C.J. Moser, Jr. with his son, C.J. Moser III (Jay) changed the name of their company to Moser Paving, Inc. Moser Paving, Inc. was founded in 1965.
We started out as Moser Oil Co., and over time we grew and expanded into other areas, and as a result we changed our name to Moser Paving, Inc. in 1980. We have continued to grow and diversify, becoming a company that can "do it all." We have provided quality services and products for over 50 years, and consequently we are very proud of the excellent reputation that we have earned.

Since the liquid asphalt in blacktop needs time to harden and cure, usually 6-12 months, your driveway will remain soft and pliable until then.
You may walk on your new driveway immediately, but keep automobile traffic off it for at least 3 full days and longer in hotter temperatures.
Even after the blacktop has cured, do not expect it to be as hard as concrete.
Your new blacktop will soften and harden as temperatures rise and fall.
Watering down your driveway with a hose on hot days will cool and temporarily harden the blacktop.

The Boys did a good job, but they did not stay and help put up fencing nor did they stay and help paint the barn and put the electrical in the barn.
Guess we only got what we were paying for, but I can dream can't I? Seriously, We are happy with the work done.
