Juan began working in the asphalt industry as a laborer in 1989.
Since his start, he has held positions all the way from truck driver to ultimately rising to the position of superintendent of a large company during the dot-com boom in the Bay Area.
After two decades of hard work, Alecka Paving, Inc. was established and named after Juan's son and daughter (Alex & Ericka).
Fast forward 20 years and you can find Alecka Paving's footprint all over the Bay Area.
