Clark County Paving Inc. was founded in 1996 by Paul and Michael Owenby.
We believe that the road to success is paved with excellent service and a tireless work ethic.
Paul's first career was as a diesel mechanic for Ford, he was the first in his family to graduate from college.
Paul later started his own truck repair shop and ended up buying and driving a dump truck to make extra money.
This is where he first got into paving.
Michael started her working career at Nordstrom, in sales and then was promoted to a fashion buyer.
