Sheedy Paving Inc. guarantees all asphalt paving work completed by us in connection with the project under our contract and change orders thereto in accordance with the plans and specifications is free from faulty workmanship and/or materials; and, should any defect, due to improper workmanship and/or materials develop during the period of one (1) year from the date of completion and acceptance of our work, we agree to make good at our own cost and expense.
We also agree to repair at our own cost and expense any work that we may disturb in making good such defects.

In 1941, Thomas incorporated the company as Thomas M. Sheedy Paving, Inc. Due to America's involvement in WWII, the timing created a challenge for the young company.
Thomas continued to operate during the war, performing construction at the Defense Construction Supply Center in Whitehall and Fort Hayes in Columbus.
He also did private work as the material became available.
After attending The Ohio State University, Jim Sheedy joined his father in 1949.
Jim expanded the company to three work crews dedicated to site work and asphalt paving.
